MOVING LOCATION! We are going back to the Congregational Church at 2676 Clairmont Road (about 1 1/2 blocks south of I-85). This is the Church up the winding road, through the woods. They have finished their renovation and the new room is large and very comfortable. It is also easier for Larry to unload all his material, and he has a lot to bring. They are happy to have us back.

This month's meeting is the 2nd Friday, May 9th. It is COMPETITION night, so bring those slides and cards. It is our last meeting before our break for the summer, so bring some "show & tell" items as three months is a long period without a 3-d fix.

No one signed up for refreshments this month, so if you would like to take your turn call me at 770-925-9085.

Last month's meeting was the PSA Sequence Exhibit and there were some superb presentations. I don't know how they judge these things, but it would be a hard choice to decide how to rank some of those slides.

Missed a lot of you in March (I was out of town) and missed a lot of you in April (I presume you were out of town...) So hope to see you on May 9th.

Also bring your checkbooks as membership dues are now up. Give them to Marilyn. It's $20 for single members and $30 for couples.

Convention program editor needed:

I need a volunteer to put together and produce the convention program. The program is either 5.5x8.5 or 8.5x11. The cover should be color provided there are some good color photos to use.

The person needs to:

1) know what is happening for the convention

2) know how to use editing programs

3) have some graphic design sense

4) be able to politely, but firmly, get the updated information from various people

5) be able to manage the production of the program by a printer

6) be reliable
